  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)
  • 8 large butter or iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (optional)

  1. Dice the chicken into small pieces and mince the garlic.
