  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in onion powder and garlic powder until fragrant.
  3. Transfer the beef to a crockpot and add Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally until melted.
  5. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until completely melted.
