Prepare the Vegetables

Combine and Roast
- Pour the maple glaze over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.

- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
