Method
Prepare the Cauliflower
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Once cooled, chop the cauliflower into small pieces.
Mix Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cauliflower, flour, grated cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Fry the Fritters
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form into patties. Carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
