- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil peeled and cubed sweet potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain well.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the sweet potatoes and mix in olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and flour until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small tot shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
