  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour or almond flour

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Boil peeled and cubed sweet potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the sweet potatoes and mix in olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and flour until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small tot shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
