Ingredients
  

Cod Fillets
  • 4 fillets cod skinless and boneless
Coating
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried

Method
 

Prepare the Coating
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
Coat the Cod
  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Coat each fillet with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Air Fry the Cod
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the coated cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill.
  2. Serve alongside the crispy cod.
