Apple Fries
  • 3 medium apples peeled, cored, and cut into fry shapes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional, for sweetness
  • 1 cup milk for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing

Method
 

Prepare the Apple Fries
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Dip each apple fry into the milk, then coat with the flour mixture, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated apple fries on a plate.
Air Fry the Apple Fries
  1. Lightly brush the apple fries with vegetable oil.
  2. Arrange the apple fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
