Prepare the Spaghetti Squash
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drizzle the halved spaghetti squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the squash cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until tender.
Make the Creamy Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, and onion powder.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Combine and Bake
- Once the squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape the flesh into strands and place in a baking dish.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the squash and mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika, then sprinkle over the top.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
