Prepare the Sauce

- If using, add spinach, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Serve the Sauce
- Toss the sauce with cooked ravioli until well coated. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
