Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Fettuccine or any pasta of choice
Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream for creaminess
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta in a colander.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
