Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Cook Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Make Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Combine
  1. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Finish Dish
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
