Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Cowboy Butter Sauce
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Combine and Serve
- In the skillet with the chicken, add the cooked pasta and pour the cowboy butter sauce over. Stir to combine and add heavy cream. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
