Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey or maple syrup, nut butter, and orange zest until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the cranberries.
- Press the mixture into your prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
