Ingredients
  

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders fresh or thawed
Coating
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Cook the chicken tenders for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Transfer the cooked tenders to a baking dish.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  2. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken tenders in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake and Serve
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
