Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup almond flour for gluten-free base
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 large eggs or flax eggs for vegan option
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips dairy-free if needed
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Pan
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and dark chocolate chips.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Bake the Brownies
  1. Spread the brownie mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  2. Once cooled, cut into bite-sized squares and top with sprinkles and chopped nuts if desired.
