Prepare the Oven and Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and dark chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Bake the Brownies
- Spread the brownie mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, cut into bite-sized squares and top with sprinkles and chopped nuts if desired.
