Baking Instructions

  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
