Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add icing sugar, orange zest, and juice. Mix well.
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and stir into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
