Prepare the Kofta
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into oval meatballs (kofta) and place them on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the kofta with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and chopped dill until smooth.
Serve
- Serve the kofta hot with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
