Ingredients
  

Chicken Alfredo Filling
  • 1 lb ground chicken can substitute with shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sloppy Joe Assembly
  • 4 buns hamburger buns toasted if desired
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cook Chicken
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add Alfredo Sauce
  1. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
Assemble Sloppy Joes
  1. Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  3. Place the top half of the bun over the filling and serve immediately.
