Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz spaghetti or any pasta of choice
Sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cook the Spaghetti
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and mix well. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
