Ingredients
  

Bread Base
  • 1 loaf French Bread Sliced in half lengthwise
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Jalapeños Optional
Butter Mixture
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
Make the Cheese Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Bread
  1. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  2. Top with chopped bacon, green onions, and jalapeños if using.
Add Butter Mixture
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and chopped parsley.
  2. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the assembled bread.
Bake the Bread
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
