Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz ziti pasta
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; stir until heated through.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked ziti, half of the marinara mixture, and dollops of ricotta mix. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
