- Prepare your ingredients: mince garlic and halve cherry tomatoes. Slice mozzarella into thick rounds.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Layer mozzarella over chicken, cover the skillet with a lid for 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Sprinkle fresh basil on top before drizzling with balsamic glaze just before serving.
