  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1.5 lbs total
Cheese
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare your ingredients: mince garlic and halve cherry tomatoes. Slice mozzarella into thick rounds.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  4. Layer mozzarella over chicken, cover the skillet with a lid for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  5. Sprinkle fresh basil on top before drizzling with balsamic glaze just before serving.
