Method
Prepare the Cereal
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
Melt the Chocolate Mixture
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Combine Ingredients
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Gently stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
Add Butterfinger and Sugar
- Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and powdered sugar over the coated cereal. Stir until well combined and evenly coated.
Cool and Serve
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool completely before serving.
