Method
Cook the Pasta
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine the buffalo sauce, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Combine Ingredients
- Add the cooked chicken, celery, and green onions to the skillet. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
Mix Pasta and Sauce
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and additional buffalo sauce if desired.
