Ingredients
  

Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Topping
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Roast the Brussels Sprouts
  1. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
Add Toppings
  1. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
  3. Serve warm.
