Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and arrange on one side of the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss asparagus in half of the mixture and place on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle remaining mixture over salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
