Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
Breading
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Hot Honey Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken thigh in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Place the coated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Make the Hot Honey Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the mixture is well combined and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Once the chicken is done baking, drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken thighs.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
