Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup fresh asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 cups whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until thin; transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread olive oil over the dough, layer with mozzarella cheese, and top with asparagus.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan before slicing.
