Prepare the Cauliflower

Coat the Cauliflower
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated.
Air Fry the Cauliflower
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Gochujang Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, and rice vinegar until smooth.
Combine and Serve
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and drizzle with the gochujang sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
