  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (120g), room temp
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature (113g)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (56g)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (60g)
  • 1 cup icing sugar (100g)

Instructions

  1. Warm whole milk, sprinkle in yeast and sugar; let it froth for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, remaining sugar, and salt in a bowl; add yeast mixture, eggs, and butter; combine into sticky dough.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
