  • 3/4 cup full-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated gruyère cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated fontina cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds. Whisk in flour to form a roux.
  4. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth, then stir in dijon mustard, gruyère, fontina, salt, and white pepper until melted.
