  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced flank steak in soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
  2. While marinating, wash and chop bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the marinated steak in batches until browned, then set aside.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
