  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and ginger; cook for another minute.
