  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
