  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 uncooked spicy Italian chicken sausages
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (or goat cheese)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons hot honey

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
