8 oz cream cheese (softened)
7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
1 stem from a bell pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar. Mix until smooth.
Lay out cling wrap in a double layer on your counter.
Sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar in the center of the wrap.
Scoop the cheese mixture onto the shredded cheddar and cover completely with remaining shredded cheese.
Wrap tightly to form a ball shape using cling wrap.
Secure with thick rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Remove rubber bands, garnish with bell pepper stem, and serve with crackers.
