- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
