  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Thai soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Thai black soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 large eggs (whisked)
  • 4 stalks Chinese broccoli (gai lan, thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with Thai soy sauce, brown sugar, and vegetable oil for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the rice noodles by soaking them in warm water until they loosen if using fresh; cook dried noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Mix together oyster sauce, Thai soy sauce, black soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and water to create the stir-fry sauce.
  4. In a hot wok with vegetable oil, cook marinated beef until browned; set aside.
