  • 8 oz. shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2024 street taco corn tortillas
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Salsa for serving
  • Fresh chopped cilantro for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Place a tablespoon of shredded chicken and cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Bake for 2 minutes until cheese begins to melt.
