  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 (24 ounce) jars marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.
  3. Cook spaghetti in salted water for two minutes less than package instructions; drain.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey or beef and onion for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes; cook for another minute.
  6. Combine the meat mixture with drained pasta and marinara sauce in a large pot.
  7. Layer half of the pasta mixture in a greased baking dish, followed by the cheese mixture, then top with remaining pasta and mozzarella.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and broil briefly until cheese is golden.
