  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (divided)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
