  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
  • 24 Tbsp dried lavender flowers
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
