  • 1¾ cups warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
