Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press firmly into muffin liners.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
