  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (170 g each)
  • 120 g lump crab meat
  • 120 g cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 60 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully slice pockets into the center of each salmon fillet and season them with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the seafood mixture; secure edges if needed.
  5. In an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, sear each stuffed fillet for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
