  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk mixed with hot sauce and spices for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Prepare coating by mixing flour and additional spices in a bowl.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
