  • 1 lb whole mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each mushroom into the flour mixture, then into beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
