  • 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles (about 1.5 ounces)
  • 2 pieces of turkey bacon (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Place them cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender.
  4. Flip the sprouts so the flat side is up. Top each sprout with blue cheese and a piece of turkey bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
