  • 1/4 cup seeded and chopped jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 6 cans diced green chiles (4.5 ounces each)
  • 15 ounces petite diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a large stock pot over medium-high heat with salt and pepper until tender.
